LAWN MAINTENANCE HELPER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs lawn maintenance to a scheduled route of approximately 50-60 properties per week. Knowledge of using the following equipment (supplied by company) is a plus, but not necessary:

Power push mower
-
Riding mower
-
Gas-powered leaf blower and trimmers
-
Wheelbarrow
-
Pole saw
-
Hand tools: rake, hoe, shovel, pick, etc.
The requirements for this position are, but not limited to:

Motivated & Energetic
-
Valid California I.D. or Green Card
-
Take directives from Crew Leader
-
Load and unload equipment and/or materials
-
Able to work in a fast paced environment
-
Able to handle outdoor working environment
-
Able to work 30-40 hours per week
-
Available to work Saturdays and Overtime as needed
Start pay minimum wage, 60 day performance trial for possible wage increase.
LAWN CREW LEADER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for directing
1–4 crew members in daily operations including quality control, training, punctuality and safety. Ability to complete appropriate work orders through a mobile app.

All equipment and company shirts provided. Start pay $13.00+ negotiable depending on experience. (Possible 60-day wage increase)
